In this video, you will learn how to make a tilapia dish from the Philippines, which I think would make a great Good Friday or Ash Wednesday meal.  It’s called “pescado al horno,” and it is both simple and healthy to make.

Here’s an idea with these CRS videos: why not watch them together as a family, then have everyone pitch in to cook the meal together, followed by prayer for the people you see featured in the videos while enjoying your creation?  Now that makes for purposeful and mindful eating!
